Can you figure it out?
Probably one of the hardest things to explain to kids is abstraction, but even harder then that is abstract photography. For some reason I had a hard time explaining to my students that they needed to get a clear image, but at the same time we didn't want to be able to identify what we were seeing. The shapes, colors and objects should work together to make it a hidden object but at the same time an interesting piece.
Does that make sense? Maybe that is why they had a hard time figuring it out. Anyways, here are a few of the better examples that they figured out.
